Monitor the success of your advertising campaigns. In the digital world, advertising is equivalent to social media. We currently Track five social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram and are continuing to expand as the social media environment changes. You will be provided with data on each of these media upon connection. This will include the number of followers, number of posts (along with the number of likes, shares and comments). Your top performing posts will be highlighted so you can see what is working and much more.

At ReportBack we want you to spend your time with your customers. Building relationships, and growing your business. As a result your reports will have a dynamic nature to them. As we uncover new tools, applications, or techniques they will be presented to you. We are your partner.

Completely understand who is visiting your digital store (ie. your website) and how they found you. Data such as your prospects age, sex and location. How frequently they visited, how much time they spent, what they looked at, and their level of interest. Underlying trends will be monitored for significant changes.

Observe your peers. You don’t operate in a void. Your peers are chasing the same business as you. In a digital world it is more difficult to monitor their activities - not with ReportBack. You will be permitted to select 3 peers and you will be presented with similar details on their social media presence that you see on your own business. This insight is invaluable in identifying your own weaknesses but in understanding what could be done in future campaigns.

 

You customized reports are presented in a linear fashion. There is no dashboard which usually adds complexity. Your reports are curated and filtered such that what you receive will help you understand, learn, and take appropriate action to grow. At all points, the elimination of technical jargon is a goal. The key is to break down the language barriers.
